El Trovador, Rosado Petit Belicoso
Shown to scale against the longest cigar we stock
The El Trovador Rosado Petit Belicoso is the most compact vitola in Abe Flores' El Trovador line. Handmade at PDR Cigars in the Dominican Republic, it features an Ecuadorian Rosado wrapper, a double binder of Nicaraguan and Corojo tobaccos, and a filler blend of Nicaraguan Ligero and Viso. Its box-pressed Petit Belicoso shape concentrates the flavors from the first draw and provides a smoking time of around 40–45 minutes. The profile is creamy and well-balanced, revealing notes of chocolate, raisins, earth, roasted coffee, cedar and sweet spices. The smoke is rich and silky, finishing with a gentle peppery touch that complements rather than overwhelms the blend. Medium-bodied, it delivers remarkable complexity in a compact format.
