Every order is vacuum-sealed with a calibrated Boveda 72% two-way humidity control shield before being packed in reinforced crush-proof courier cartons.
Your cigars remain in pristine cellar conditions throughout transit and for up to three weeks after arrival.
Payment Methods & Discretion
To protect the privacy of our clientele and ensure direct, institutional settlement without card intermediary fees, we accept payment exclusively through the following methods:
Official European SEPA bank coordinates (IBAN & BIC) and pro-forma invoice are provided upon order submission. Orders are packed and dispatched promptly upon receipt of payment.
Direct, instantaneous blockchain settlement with fixed real-time CHF conversion and zero transaction surcharges.
Important: We do not process credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PostFinance, TWINT). All transactions are settled exclusively via Bank Wire Transfer or Cryptocurrency.
Free Swiss Express Delivery
We ship nationwide across Switzerland via Swiss PostPac Priority Express, arriving within 1 to 2 business days. Express shipping and transit insurance are completely free on every order.
All orders are dispatched directly to your residential or business address with signature tracking.
Please note that we operate on a delivery-only basis. Our administrative office at Talstrasse 37 in Zurich does not accept customer visits or parcel pickups.
Returns
Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, and return postage is on us. Send them back in their original packaging with the seals intact.
Opened boxes cannot be returned once they have left the humidor, because we have no way to verify how they have been stored since. If something arrives damaged, email us immediately at sales@coloncigars.com and we will replace it.
Age requirement
Tobacco is sold to adults aged 18 and over only. Deliveries may require proof of age on receipt.
