Multi-country blends

Not every cigar comes from a single country. These blend filler, binder and wrapper from different origins — a Nicaraguan filler under a Connecticut wrapper, say — to get a balance no one growing region gives on its own. Arturo Fuente and Montecristo both make cigars this way.
